Politics and Religion
Jikoji remains closed due to the pandemic, but we’ll be going online for our September 27, Science & Buddhism discussion on the relationship between Religion and Politics, and the question of how we relate as Americans inundated with Christian ideals.
Our discussion will be led by Shishin Junsei Ben Meyers. Ben will be developing some of the ideas from his recent Dharma Talk on "Religion - What it means, and how we relate as Americans inundated with Christian ideals," and considering our practice as a "religion before religion?."
